Handover is the quiet milestone the whole plan points at: the day the home stops being a schedule and becomes an address.
Between reservation and that day, a few things happen in order. The sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department, so your interest in the property is on the public record. The developer builds, and serious developers report progress as they go. As completion approaches, you are invited to inspect the home and list anything that needs correcting — the snagging visit — before you accept it.
The balance of the payment plan falls due around handover, paid — as always — directly to the developer. Then keys, and the practical steps of ownership: utilities in your name, community fees, and if you bought to let, finding your first tenant.
We stay in the picture through all of it, in English and Arabic. Support does not end at the reservation form; it ends when you are comfortable in — or comfortably letting — your home.
