Overview

Sobha Aquamont is a waterfront residential project in Downtown UAQ, Sobha Realty's coastal master-planned community in Umm Al Quwain. The developer states it is the first residential launch within the community, which is set along an 11 km shoreline with beaches and beach parks.

The homes are one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes, offered in several layout types. The developer describes the design as contemporary and oriented towards the sea.

Amenities listed include a swimming pool, outdoor gym, outdoor cinema, forest trails, a picnic lawn and a children's play area. Units are on sale; a handover date has not been published on the project page.
