Marina Residences is the marina-front apartment collection on Sobha Siniya Island, a Sobha Realty island development in Umm Al Quwain. The island is linked to the mainland by a bridge, and the developer states it is around 50 minutes from Dubai, 30 minutes from Sharjah and 10 minutes from Al Marjan Island.

The homes are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with select duplex residences, arranged in named clusters: Capeside, Pearlside, Canalside, Bayfront, Yachtside, Bayside and Pierside. Several clusters are offered fully furnished, and layouts include a balcony, terrace or yard depending on the unit type.

Amenities listed by the developer include a golf course, a yacht club with boat mooring, a motorised seawater body, a shopping mall, a promenade and landscaped parks. Handover dates published per cluster range from March 2029 to June 2030, and Capeside is listed as sold out.
